Santa Fe art dealer.jpg

When we first retired we went to a fun filled Elderhostel week in Santa Fe.
While there, I met this gentleman holding court in a small gallery. He had recently retired and "followed his bliss, to Santa Fe "holding his torch high" (his words)
I thought of so many of us retired or not who are following our bliss whatever that may be. So this is Dedicated to all of who 'follow our bliss.'

I love how you find the story before you paint, Norma... or maybe you paint to find it. In this case, though, you knew. And it's wonderful!

Lovely portrait Norma. I like it that you've kept the paintings in the background, but softened them. The sentiment is wonderful too!
