These trees were burned in 2006 by the Tatoosh fire, which covered
nearly 52,000 acres in the north central Pasayten Wilderness and Manning Provincial Park, BC.
The fire was started by a lightning strike. This photograph was taken near the confluence of
Lease Creek and the Pasayten River.
