A chance encounter with North Cascades Heli-Skiing's helicopter at Silver Star
led to several photographic passes while they were conducting their operation.
In this photograph, pilot Seamus O'Daimhin has just landed and waits to shut down
prior to discharging skiers he has ferried up from the pick-up point in Varden creek.
In the next image skiers enjoy the stunning scenery prior to beginning their downhill run.
