16 October - Stuck!

Bit of a miserable day today, but managed a quick foray into the garden!

Feeling hugely better now the migraine pain has gone - and I'm going to a local
acupuncture clinic as I've read that acupuncture is good for reducing the
quantity of migraines! :o)
