The church "Svety Sedmotchislenitsy", on 25 Graf Ignatiev street. The church had been build on the recommendation of Petko Karavelov and has taken two years to erect (1901-1903). It had been designed by the architects mr.Milanov and mr.Momtchilov on the place of "The black mosque", which had been there since the sixteen century. After the liberation from the Ottoman rule, the mosque had been turned into a warehouse / prison. The church is named after the saints Cyril and Methodi and their closest followers - Kliment, Naum, Gorazd, Angelarii and Sava. Petko and Ekaterina Karavelovi are buried next to the church.
