24-105mm f/4L IS

This is a very versatile lens. It is perfect for traveling. My entire Italy trip gallery was shot with this lens. The IS is perfect for low light stationary subjects, like in the churches, museums or at night. It is also a great landscape and portrait lens.

Thank you for the kind words. I only used this lens on my 20D briefly and could only say it was not wide enough nor fast enough (as compared to my 24-70 f/2.8) for me to use it too much before my 20D was sold. From what I read, the 24-105 f/4 IS really shines on the 5D but should work well on the 20D.

Beautiful shots!
I am planning to get my hands on this lens mainly because of IS, however would appreciate your comments/recommendations if you have used this with 20D.
