DISASTER TRAINING - TEMPORARY ROOF REPAIR

Volunteers learn the proper techniques for installing heavy-duty plastic tarps on damaged roofs. Many such repairs are usually required, following major wind events (tornadoes, hurricanes, micro-bursts etc.). These temporary repairs are critical to prevent further property damage. Note the cameraman from Asheville's WLOS TV (ABC - Channel 13). ISO 80. "P" (Program) Mode. Standard Color Film Mode. Automatic white balance. 35mm focal length equivalent of 60mm. Reduced intensity fill-flash was used, using the built-in flash unit, although EXIF does not show it.
