This image shows the four stages of a Prickly Pear Cactus Flower. From left to right: (1) A flower about to bloom; (2) A flower already bloomed and wilting (THE FLOWERS ONLY BLOOM FOR 24 HOURS!); (3) A flower already bloomed and gone (THE WIND BLOWS AWAY THE PETALS); (4) A flower in bloom.

I never post comments, but I really like this one, not necessarily for the color or detail, but I love the idea of what you were going for and got with the flower in all four stages. It shows more of a life story than just a picture of flowers. thanks.
