This photograph was taken in the backstage area on Sept. 28, 1985, during 'LA Street Scene,' an annual event just outside Los Angeles City Hall. I always loved the rare juxtaposition of Stevie Wonder, Mayor Tom Bradley and Joan Rivers (accompanied by her late husband BBC TV Producer, Edgar Rosenberg).

This photo was awarded HONORABLE MENTION in the Summer 2010 Women In Photography International "FACES" Competition.
