In front of La Sorbonne, there is a statue of Montaigne (1533-1593) with one of his shoes polished as the result of students passing their hand on it. It's suppose to bring them luck for the exams

Devant La Sorbonne, il y a une statue de Montaigne (1533-1593) avec l'une de ses chaussures polie à force d'avoir été touchée par les étudiants. C'est supposé leur porter chance aux examens.

Je préfère cette image là de la chaussure de Montaigne, à celle prise en juillet 2007, notamment parce qu'en arrière plan on voit l'autre chaussure.
A noter que la zone dorée semble plus grande. Les étudiants seraient-ils devenus plus superstitieux?
