I was playing around with my ND400 filter, taking shots this past weekend of the rides at Disney World. While setting up a 2 second shutter of the Dumbo ride on my tripod, I set the camera's self-timer, and snapped...just then, a girl walked into the frame and leaned on the rail to watch a friend. I thought it was going to ruin the shot...but she remained so still for the 2-second shutter that it made the shot more interesting - the spinning of the ride standing out even more against the still foreground.

Thank you both.

This is almost magical - the sharp sky and fence/girl contrast superbly with the blurred ride. I love the mix of colours as well.

What a stroke of perfect luck.

Justin,
Fabulous shot - you've really captured the movement well.
The girl watching helps the composition too.
Mike.
