Good action shot Roger with a great sense of motion. I like your composition to show the chisel and the hand controlling it near the workpiece, along with the spinning workpiece cropped somewhat. I might have tried to include more of the workpiece to get the point of contact of the chisel closer to a third of the way in from the left, but that's not a big deal and would have to be seen to judge whether it was any better than what you've shown here. The colours/contrast of the hand may look a little off, but I understand the difficulty of lighting such a scene and tend to have trouble with my own hands when they appear in my shots with interesting/challenging subjects.
