QEW by Claudio Gatti

The Queen Elizabeth Way is one of the main expressway of Southern Ontario, and here (and in the my other Exhibition shot The Empire ) we get to see the monument dedicated to the opening of the road.

I liked the way the inscriptions reminded me of Indian carvings when seen from an angle.

Nice photo Claudio. I like the composition and as a shadow fan I dig how the shadows in your picture accentiuates the relief structure of the text.

Hi Claudio. Very nice shot here and the texture of cement couldn't fit in any better.
