Paul, you should take off colour filter off your camera and continue to shoot in B&W :-) This is amazing, man.

I like it too. Kucky guy, with that cloud just passing by ;-)

g'day paul - this brings to mind some high contrast IR images i've seen - very strong contrast. the clouds do seem to echo the structure of the trees - i would not have thought to convert to b&w. this is one of those pics that grows on me with every viewing. thanks.

Excellent in black in white... It is funny how the tree and cloud complement each other.
Marc.

BW is much better in my opinion. Very well done!

The grain adds to the dramatic atmosphere. Well done. I can imagine how difficult it must be to process pictures if you're coulourblind. You have my sympathy, Paul !

Hi, I wanted to do B&W blending of 2 images. I converted via PS channel mixer 1 version for the clouds and 1 for the tree. Then I blended in PSE. I may be colorblind, but I do think the B&W version is better, is it ? Help ! Paul.
(BTW the texture is supposed to be in the clouds.)

Paul, This is a great shot but I would like to see it in color.

I like the dramatic sky in this one. Well done, Paul.

Beatiful image, and I like the treatment you gave to it. I don't immediately associate structure or texture to it, but I really like this shot. Well done

this is one of those shots that I'd personally not think to convert to monochrome. but it works. nice job, Paul.
