I agree that a shallower DOF may make this picture more dramatic. Unfortunately I was inside of a car, in motion, when I shot this one and did not have a lot of time to frame!
i like the colours in this but i have been wondering whether personally i might have used a shallower depth of field because i find the buildings in the background a bit distracting i think... not sure though.
