such a pretty shot, Gordon. I love the blue sky and the tree frames the moon perfectly.

No teleconverter, Ingo. This is a crop of roughly half the height and a third the width of the original file shot at the A2's full tele and then reduced to this size for posting. To get a really decent shot of the moon though, the camera needs more tele although all things considered, as you said this is still pretty good detail.

I like how the branches and leaves help to frame the moon. Did you need a teleconv on this one? Really great detail in the moon.

Hi Gordon,
Perfect framing and nice contrast with simple elements blended smoothly together into a pleasing whole. I especially like your title to pick out exactly the things that are not in colour, so I enjoy your inverse highlighting here. Simple and effective.
