3rd: The Return of My Boy and His Kite by Bruce Jones

Well, things don't change too much. Flying a kite on the beach with my son is just about as good as it gets for me.

Terrific in all respects. The composition seems perfectly balanced, and quite kinetic. Great colors, and I like the attention to where you placed the horizon so that the water can be seen breaking over and beyond the kite.

I second (third/fourth etc) previous comments.

You captured the theme of "JOY" very well in this shot. Nothing beats to see a happy kid playing :)

A good shot. Nice composition with just the perfect amount of sky, the beach and the waves giving a good sense of depth, and the chromactic contrast of the kite and your boy.

It's quite visible that he was having a blast and the picture shows that well.

No greater joy than flying your kite. Great capture. Linda Willets

I love it! With that expression & body posture, your son could be the poster boy for joy.
