It’s cold outside, and inside. The current temperature is 2 degrees Fahrenheit. Therefore I decided to use the natural light from my dining room window to take a self-portrait. I marvel at where I am in life. It sure is not where I expected to be at this point in my life, yet there is peace within. I’m not fighting life as in the past but learning, notice I say that in the present tense, to accept each day as it comes. So, what do I feel like today? Grateful! Content! It’s in my eyes.
