Morning coffee.
This is from this morning as my bedroom is full of the suns rays. It is a great way to start the day: quiet, reading, writing, prayer/meditation and sipping on coffee. It has been a good day, shopping with Mike for a motorcycle and got in two walks. Emotions within have surfaced this afternoon pulling in memories of the past. They’ve also shown me more of who I am.
