Mark Black from Moncton, NB, Canada (L-1st row) was the recipient of a heart and double-lung transplant Sept 7, 2002 after a long, hard struggle. This was probably the happiest Christmas the Black family has ever had and they truly have something to smile about. That's mother Monique and father Bill alongside Mark.
