He's wearing his favorite winter coat.(a duster)Bought a few yrs ago in Ky. It's full length with al sorts of extra ways to to keep warm. If you can see the snaps in the rear.. they can be snapped between the legs like chaps. There are other featuers but he'd ahve to tell you what they are
