This silly woodpecker was pecking(as they will do) on this trellis, BUT, it's not made of wood!!! And, it took the silly bird a good 10 minutes to figure that out...
I found him/her again a few minutes later, on a tree... But it was soo embarrased, it would only let me get a shot of it's back side. (seen here: http://www.pbase.com/ms_mimi69/image/33654346 )

Great capture! Think it's a downy, isn't it? They just like to make noise. And when they find some metal, the can make a real racket. :)
