I'd prefer "Tracks to 'who knows where?'" All railroad tracks go somewhere, whether to a junction, train station, freight yard, loading dock, factory, or the place where a salvaging crew stopped ripping up the rails. But there is an air of mystery about rr tracks: what's around the bend or at the end of a long straightaway? (Maybe your "nowhere" relates to this mystery.) In any case, tracks facinate me; I always want to follow them to see where they take me.
