Until I know more, I'm showing all terrain except that from Thomas Creek in this Lamoille Canyon gallery. I have at different times hiked in the main canyon, up a zigzagging trail through mountain-mahogany near the mouth of the canyon; up a waterfall coming in from the left side as you look up the valley; through a guided nature trail area in the center of the canyon; up the 2-mile trail to Island Lake, and near and upward to the right from the terminus of the paved road. Don't miss the careful description and striking panorama at < http://en.wikipedia.org./wiki/Lamoille_Canyon >
