There is a commotion outside the Quan Am Pagoda's gates and the Dragon
Dance has arrived (this must be what the monk in the initial picture
was looking for). The Chinese people have a high respect for the
dragon believing they are its decedents.

The Dragon Dance gives thanks to the dragon with the hope that the dance
will bring good luck and success for the coming year.
