Osprey, taking a break from the early morning hunt for breakfast. His/Her mate is sitting on the nest to camera left of this view. This bird is very far from the camera, 600mm plus 1.7 converter and the 1.5 factor of the camera makes this about 1530mm, which was not enough for a tight image.
