It seems there’s always one face in a group that needs changing but here its an entire person that has been swapped out for a more dramatic effect.
It could easily be argued that all the loonies in the upper part of this image should be the ones edited out, but I decided to change grandma to an appropriate, ‘Oh, no!’ and doctor up a few other heads.
