As can be seen in the full info, this was shot in the evening, with long exposure time. Great effect, surely something i will try and replicate. =)

very nice capture. the tonal color looks like a tornado is on its way. for some reason the first thing that comes to mind is The Wizard of Oz when Dorothy and ToTo go swept away by a tornado.
