The BO01 housing exhibition area. A popular place to hang out during the summer. Although it was sunny on this day, it was a bit cold. Fall is coming, and the boardwalk is almost empty.

Just like the beaches over here, they are ghost towns when the cold comes. In the summer however, it is a tourist attraction!
