My very first Pacific coast gull!! (I’m still using images from my Nevada/California trip to catch up on my PAD!) Saw the Pacific Ocean for the very
first time this trip! Seems strange in some ways… I’ve been to Kenya, Egypt, England, Scotland, the Caribbean and Mexico, and through much
of the United States, but had never seen the Pacific coast! Finally got a glimpse of it! Will have to go back to see a lot more! ;-)


And unlike my fake first bird shot, this IS my first bird shot on Pbase!
Didn't have the right lens for this shot, but this gull flew right over my head while I stood on a fishing pier!
