I really love this shot! The tones, the textures, the composition - all of it is pretty wonderful!! The perspective from "this" side of the gate is intriguing as well. LOVELY!

As Chris mentioned, the clarity here is most excellent! I feel like I'm looking through a window out onto this scene. Beautifully captured and composed.

Can't believe the clarity in your images. This one's no exception.

Those gates are closed for the Seahawks. The STEELERS are back -- and they're going to win it all...

Lovely photo, Mindy. I'd like to spend some time in a spot like that.

Go up to Dee troit for the day to the NFL Experience (IIRC about 2-3 days before the Big Game). Something I'll never forget.
The sharpness is outstanding thru out the whole image. Great great shot.

Very nice shot of this rustic gate.
It's going to be great SB.

We, in the Detroit area, are gearing up for the Super Bowl, but on to more importanr things. I like the shot, like a gateway to the unknown.

I love this photo and the way the branches form a bower for the scene.

Pretty gate! Like the touch of rust leaves on the right too.

Still looks good despite the winter shades !!
Robin Reid24-Jan-2006 23:49
What? They build fences to keep you from getting away? ;-)

A simple subject very nicely photographed Mindy.
don nieman24-Jan-2006 23:45
Clarity, composition and very natural colors make this really good. Nice work.
Guest 24-Jan-2006 23:28
Love how the branches at the top balances everything out and the way the fence leads the eye up to the gate.
Your composition is always great,Mindy!
Lee Rudd24-Jan-2006 23:19
great colours... everything locked down for the winter? You have enough yellow in town?!
Bryan Ramsay24-Jan-2006 23:13
Mindy, I've always liked your composition, this is clearly another

Minday, I like that the photo is leading thru the gate.. like the colors of the wood fence, with the touch of green.
