Housebound today, so guess the subject matter! Going for an old-fashioned look! ;-) Did get a nice break when my sister and niece brought
some great Chinese food over for dinner and some of that incredible fudge!! Ate the fudge too fast to photograph it this time!

Excellent desaturation. Very original take on this, limiting your interest to the light along, eschewing the available color explosions. GMV

The toning is exquisite. Perfect subject matter for black and white. You are certainly making the most of your house-bound condition.

Nice job. Shooting glasssware is very difficult for me. This is very well done.

So pretty, my tree is adorned with paper ornaments that the kids made in school, I long for the old-fashioned ones like my mother put on the tree. someday they will be there. I'm ordering some fudge too and will try to take a picture. Of course if it is THAT good, there may not be a picture!
Robin Reid18-Dec-2005 03:29

And I'm looking forward to trying that fudge!

Another great image, Mindy.

Neat ornaments Mindy
I especially like the one on the left
It would be interesting to try placing a few colored lights behind it and see what effect you might get in a low light situation

Beautiful! They do look old fashioned. Wonderful job capturing these ornaments!
