Montreal

This is a classic b&w, a bicycle standing alone agains a brick wall. We can put any date on that picture, 1930 or 2005. I took the picture in downtown Montreal, it was a very busy street, I wait to see no people on the sidewalk to make it desert.

Wonderful capture and commentary. The stories the bike could tell... in this year, or back in the 30's. I feel the footsetps in the snow add to the mood and intrigue of the photo. Great work, Guy. :)

Yes, it’s a classic, but often there is in classic images a never ending essence of beauty and elegance.
I like this sober black and white and the voluntary sense of loneliness you looked for in capturing the scene.
