1829 Medium Letters
N-7

Year: 1829
Type: Liberty Head (Matron) Large Cent
Variety: N-7 "Wheelspoke"
Grade: RAW
Mintage: 1,414,500

A well worn, circulated "matron head" large cent.

The 1829 N-7, or "Wheelspoke", is a popular yet scarce
(R-4, or 76-200 known) variety of this date. Its name
comes from the peculiar die break radiating out from
the wreath in five places.

Many thanks to Doug Strain
for letting me "rent" this one for a while.
