1/320s is the exposure time. f/5.6 is the aperture value. You can know more about their relationship in the following link:

im a beginner here and dont know anything bout 1/320s, f/5.6 etc,
could u explain to me whats the difference the higher and the lower level of these settings? thx a lot Jacky!
