DSLR is rather common in HK nowadays due to relatively low price. An entry class level DSLR costs about USD500 here. 7D costs about USD1700 here. I bought HS10 last year for about USD450 only. Why so expensive in Brazil?

This photo with the girl using a Canon 7D in Brazil would be extremely unlikely. A camera like this, here is the almost exclusive use by professionals and advanced users very rich. Only the body in Brazil cost with tax: R$ 4.990.00 or 3.024,00 U.S dollar. Just to compare a Fuji HS10 costs: R$1.800,00 or : 1.090,00 USdollar. Absurd does not it? Cheers, Caio

Thanks for the shot. For me, photos of people with blurred backgrounds like the boy and the dog and the man fishing in page 7 are already satisfying, like this one.
