Roseate Spoonbill (Platalea ajaja)
Not a great photo but a rare event, for me anyway since I've never before seen
a flock of Roseate Spoonbills, let alone in flight, and this was just one flock
of several that flew right over me. In the past, the few times I've seen
Roseates they were either in a very small group on the ground or individual.
Photographed along the Texas Gulf Coast near Port Lavaca, Texas, USA.
