There were 2 juvenile Laughing Gulls on the island at Paris Landing when we arrived. After a few minutes they took off, and flew directly overhead. I had time to get one shot as they came overhead. Though not as sharp as I'd hoped, it shows the mottled underwing and especially the dark band in the axillaries nicely.
