This shot is largely to show just how hard it was raining when I found these birds. I got soaked sitting in the car, taking photos with my Kowa on a window mount.

These gulls appeared to be a pretty even split between 1st-year and adult types, being seemingly a little heavier on the adult end. There were a few birds still showing the extensive brownish hindneck of juvenile plumage.
