This bird was found at Britton Ford by Jeff Wilson.

It isn't obvious in these poor photos, but this bird is a 1st-winter bird still showing the rosy-colored neck of juvenile plumage. The grayish cheek in contrast to the darker neck and crown can be seen, as can the long straight bill.
