This poorly exposed shot of the Yellow-billed does show the slight contrast in the entirely pale yellow outer half of the bill, and the grayish-tinged base of the bill, with the dark on the upper mandible extendig to about mid-culmen. This shot also shows the upturned posture to the bill and head that Yellow-bills often display.
