Personal highlight of the day for me was this perched, adult Northern Goshawk; new addition to my photo list, even if it is a bit distant for 400mm. I've seen Goshawks perched two times before, both adults; my lifer at Britton Ford here in TN almost 30 years ago, and another on my first trip to Sax-Zim bog back in 2001.
