The birds stretched around both corners, but you get a feel for the number of birds on Pace Point today. I feel there were easily 10,000 gulls (99.9% Ring-billed) on the beach here, and at least that many more around the immediate area. There must be 25 to 50,000 gulls in this general area right now. I'm sure more are arriving all the time with everything to the north of us freezing up.
