The market's prices seem to have been very stable!
Most of those fresh sausages are 6.71 Euro per kilo - only 20% more than 'salsicce toscane' cost in this shot of mine (their 11,000 Lire became 5.5 Euro when Italy did dropped the Lira) : http://www.pbase.com/isolaverde/image/97539599
