Out the front of what looked like it was once a high school, now looks like it's been taken over by an anarcho-syndicate of arts students (well it is right next to Kyoto University so it may very well have been)

it's riotous and chaotic mess a startling (and actually pleasing in it's own way) contrast to Kyoto's near tourist town neatness
