Semi-serious travelogue of a short trip to Zurich and Schaffhausen, where my compatriots speak a bizarre German dialect, which I’m quite unable to understand, and have totally different food habits…

A way to feel in a little exotic place, just remaining in one’s own small country.

So glad I came on this trip with you both! It is a stunning gallery, full of really outstanding images. I enjoyed the story of the day you have told with your captions and notes. The sausage saga is an amusing bonus......and, although I love Germany, how I agree with your observations on its cuisine!

Your creativity here reached the stars. You created a gallery so rich in pictures and emotions in a daylong trip. I have seen many attempts in pbase but only a few are so well made and so personal as the usual approach is this of a tourist guide.
