101 Park Avenue is a 629-foot (192 m) tall skyscraper
in New York City, New York. It was completed in 1979 to 1982
and has 49 floors. Eli Attia Architects designed the building,
which is the 64th tallest in New York.
101 Park Avenue is considered in real-estate circles to be one
of the most lucrative buildings in New York City.
Since its completion in 1982 it has been fully occupied,
commanding some of the city’s highest rents.
Used as George Costanza's workplace in one of the Seinfeld episodes.
