Ok dont take this the wrong way, PLEASE! YOU KNOW IM A BIG FAN OF YOURS....but my eyes get distracted with the charm(?) of her necklace i guess its cause it only a small part of it. I do LOVE everything else about the image. SORRY, i just had to put my two cents. Im sure to others they wont even notice it or they really could care less.
BTW, your model has a BEAUTIFUL belly :)!!
