Eighty days til…..

It's not just the shops which are getting their Christmas decorations in,
Mother Nature is at it too!
I was surprised to find ripe red berried holly so early in the year but apparently it's been spotted in other parts of the country.
All down to the nice, I believe.

Yup, those are definitely Yuletide colours and textures. You've got some of the spikes on the leaves very well too. (In your part of the world anyway, in this part Christmas is more associated with the colours of blowflies.)

Nice colors and focus on the berries and I like the bokeh too. I can't think about the C word yet. :) V.

I have seen some lovely Yew trees with berries too...these Holly berries are lovely too are

80 days - surely not. It is wonderful to see the berries, I hope it isn't a sign of a hard winter to come.
