Waves at Gyles Quay

Went hunting for some waves for the monthly challenge this evening.
It was great to breath in the salty air and to feel the sand under my
feet as I walked along the beach at Gyles Quay. The tide was
coming in as the sun was setting making for a very pleasant
stroll.
Summer seems to have come a little early as it was lovely and
warm today in spite of a few April showers.

Interesting colour and angle on the light; really gives some "texture" to the waves. There's a nice "layered" effect between the sea, land, and individual cloudbanks. I like the way the fence and the waves seem to be running in "contrary" directions too; one pushing out, the other pushing in.
